Circus Smirkus
Circus Smirkus is hitting the road again this summer and our big top tour is coming to Hanover!
I'm not sure if your organization offers summer programs with off-site field trips, or other group activities, but we thought you might be interested to know that we have special discounted pricing for groups of 15 or more guests.
The tour gets officially announced in March and tickets go on sale to the public in May, but we can start the group ticket process much sooner.
Here are the dates and showtimes for Hanover at Fullington Farm Field, which I believe is the closest to you.
Tuesday, July 18th at 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm
Wednesday, July 19th at 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm
Standard ticket pricing is $35 for adults (ages 13+) and $20 for children (ages 2-12). A ticket service fee of $3.50 per ticket also applies.
However, we have special discounted pricing available to groups of 15 or more guests. Discounted pricing is $33 for adults and $18 for children. We also waive the $3.50 per ticket convenience fee for a total savings of $5.50 per ticket.
And if you can join us on a weekday matinee, we have even better pricing for you:
15 to 50 guests: $18 per ticket (all ages)
51 to 100 guests: $17 per ticket (all ages)
101+ guests: $16 per ticket (all ages)
We also waive the $3.50 per ticket convenience fee.
In addition to discounted pricing, you'll also enjoy:
Purchasing tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
Reserved seating.
Early admittance into the tent.
If you are interested in purchasing tickets, I will need the following information:
Contact name, address, phone, and email.
Number of adult and child tickets.
Please note:
Methods of payment accepted are credit cards and checks.
Once we have gathered all details and have your verbal confirmation, we will hold your tickets for two weeks while we finalize payment. Once payment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation of the order.
All ticket sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
If availability permits, you may add tickets to your order.
We ask that groups arrive up to one hour prior to showtime (and no later than 30 minutes prior to showtime), so that we may get you seated and situated before the tent opens to the general public.
Let me know what questions you may have, and I look forward to hearing back from you.
We hope to see you under the big top this summer!
