Norwich Antiques 2023 Show and Sale - preview!

This will be happening September 16, 2023 on the lawn of the Historical Society.

Good Afternoon Norwich,

I recently reached out and asked Sarah Rooker from the Norwich Historical Society to send me a preview of this years Antiques Show and Sale. I thought it would be nice for my readers to have some time to view the dealers names roster if you will so that they will be better prepared for this years show and sale.

And here is Sarah’s reply:

I love seeing people strolling about the lawn, looking at Antiques doing a little early Christmas shopping or finding that perfect antique or rug for their home.  The music is fun and there will be all sorts of yummy fall foods and cider for sale. It's our biggest fundraiser.

Dealers from throughout New England offering antiques ranging from fine country to formal antiques. The show is held rain or shine on the lawn under individual dealer tents. Antiques Road Show-style appraisals offered from 1 – 3pm, food, and music make this a fun fall event.

14. Antiques needed for historical society sale

Norwich Historical Society will have its own booth at our annual Norwich
Antiques Show on Saturday, September 16, from 10am-3pm. We invite community
members to look through their attics for antique items to donate to the
cause. We are seeking antiques in good condition, not yard sale items.

Items may be brought to the NHS on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays10am
- Noon (come to the side door) or
Other times by appointment. Email: judybrown0013@gmail.com

Please do not bring furniture or large heavier items unless you have first
checked with NHS staff (802-649-0124 or info@norwichhistory.org). A photo
is the best way to determine this.

China and plated silver also tend to not sell.

Proceeds from the show, and this booth, support the Norwich Historical
