Norwich Book Store postpones March bookstore events and some new updates

11. March Bookstore Events postponed

To do our part to slow the spread of the virus, we have cancelled the
events scheduled for March: John Randolph, The Brain Health Book and Tim
Traver Fly Fishing and Conservation in Vermont.


We will reschedule later this spring or early summer.

Be sure to sign up for our email newsletter so you can make new
reservations when we have a date. We have both books available now if you
want to read ahead!

35. Norwich Bookstore - update

Beginning on Wednesday, March 18, the bookstore will continue operations
but will not be open for customer browsing except by appointment. We are
taking this step to protect the health and safety of our staff and the
community.

While social distancing to avoid spreading the virus has changed HOW we
work, it does not change our mission and our role in the community! We are
here to provide you with books as well as toys and games to entertain,
educate, and perhaps distract....

We are happy to suggest books and take your requests over the phone, by
email, or on our website. A few of us will be here, unpacking boxes,
processing orders, and shipping books - or zipping out to the curb to
deliver your purchase to the car.

Our goal is to fulfill your reading needs while keeping the virus infection
curve as flat as possible and appreciate all your support of local,
independent businesses.
