Have you ever wanted to know what it is like to be a police officer? This Spring, the Norwich Police Department is partnering with the Norwich Rec to offer a 3-session program for local youth in 2nd to 4th grade, where they will have a chance to see and experience the life of a police officer. Program participants will receive a Jr Police Officer uniform shirt and will participate in hands on activities to include a fingerprint dust & bust lab, mock crash investigation, physical agility training, radio communications activity, speed enforcement radar lab, and much, much, more as they explore the career field of law enforcement!
