Norwich Police Monthly Minutes for July/Aug 2020

A very informative and inclusive publication

Norwich is very fortunate to have a police force that takes community policing to the next level. Chief Jennifer M. Frank and her staff professionally interact with the citizens of Norwich on a daily basis. This is good news as we all hear about places where that is not happening, at least not all the time. The Chief is always out and about Norwich and involves herself and her staff in the various events as they come up.

This monthly publication is proof positive of what I just said in the above paragraph.
