Hello Norwich and Upper valley residents. I hope you are all staying as safe as can be under the current circumstances. I would like to share this announcement from the Norwich Public Library regarding their browsing services, which will have to take a pause for the time being. Please read on and click the link for the latest info.

Norwich Public Library to pause browsing services

In recognition of the Governor's renewed restrictions, the increase in COVID cases in Vermont and most importantly, our concern for the well-being of the community, we are pausing browsing services beginning Tuesday, November 24th. Curbside pickup services will continue. Never used curbside pickup? Please contact us and we'll be very happy to get you started.

Our e-Books, e-Audios and other electronic materials remain accessible 24/7.
