Sap! It's Maple Sugar Season in Vermont

Sunny days and Frosty nights help it flow

Good morning Norwich and beyond of course,

As I look outside this morning and notice the temperature at 18 degrees and the warmth of the rising sun, I think about maple sugar season and know that the sap must be flowing nicely. This is the perfect recipe.
