Good morning Norwich and beyond of course,

As I look outside this morning and notice the temperature at 18 degrees and the warmth of the rising sun, I think about maple sugar season and know that the sap must be flowing nicely. This is the perfect recipe.

I am re-posting a series of stories that I did a couple of years ago hoping to spark some interest among our maple sugaring folks who might want to share their story.
