Emily and Ethan Myers have a cooperative operation with sugar house owners, Dave Delucia and Lisa Gardner. Emily, Ethan, and their children, Jack and Zoe, bring the sap, and Dave and Lisa boil.

First we tap
And then we wait for the sap to flow and sometimes it just won’t go
And then all of a sudden there is success
Then we transfer it to the collection barrels
The barrels of sap are brought over to the sugar house where they will be boiled at a high temperature.
And the fire sure is hot and steamy
And the sap becomes syrup
