Dear Neighbors and Friends -
Norwich Farm is an agricultural treasure. The working buildings and facilities are among the very best in the northeast. When the farm was rebuilt in the mid-90s, it was the envy of every dairyman in the region. It has been meticulously maintained and all major systems are in excellent working order. What's more, a new state-of-the-art creamery was added in 2016. This $700,000 improvement is up and running, generating income, and ready to expand.

Here are some answers to your FAQs:
What is your non-profit status?
We are still waiting on our application to move through the IRS, who are moving slower than usual these days.
Will my donation be tax deductible?
Yes. The IRS counts all donations given in the 18 months prior to application eligible as tax deductible.
What will happen to my donation if you do not close on the property?
You will have the option to have your money refunded or the opportunity to pay your donation forward to non-profit organizations that we would nominate.
What will happen to the Norwich Farm Creamery and the Gray family if you do not close?
The business will close and the creamery will be dismantled and sold. The Grays will face eviction and an ongoing legal battle.
