The Norwich Fair is coming to Town

Good morning Norwich and Upper valley residents and readers,

As I was heading in to Dan and Whit’s this morning to get a cup coffee and the newspaper, I happened to walk by the display window near where I was parked.

I noticed this nice signage if you will letting the public know that the Norwich Fair is coming to town once again. I mentioned to Dan Fraser that it was a nice display and that I would like to use it in this story announcing the fair. He said that it was done by one of his employees, Laura Fraser. Nice job Laura!

44. **NORWICH FAIR** on August 10-13: Hours, ride prices, and musical entertainment **FREE ADMISSION**

The Norwich Lions Club will hold the 2023 Norwich Fair, on August 10-13. ADMISSION IS FREE!

Hours of operation will be, as follows:
     • Thursday: 6 to 10 pm (wrist bands available)
     • Friday: 5 to 10 pm
     • Saturday: Noon to 10 pm (wrist bands available noon-5 pm)
     • Sunday: Noon to 5 pm (wrist bands available)

Ride prices will be:
     • $25 for wristbands on select days
     • $30 for a sheet of 40 tickets (75 cents per ticket)
     • $25 for a sheet of 25 tickets
     • Single tickets are $1 each
(Different rides require a different number of tickets.)

Bands will be:
     • Thur. 8/10: "The Flames" 7-9pm
     • Fri. 8/11:    "Most Wanted"  with Rob Oxford 7-9pm
     • Sat. 8/12:   "Tuck's Rock Dojo"  5pm
     • Sun. 8/13:  "Wool"    1-3pm
