Volunteers Needed !!!
Online Consignment and other previous changes continue!
You will have seen from the previous sale announcement about the Sale that the changes made to our system have been very successful, including all labels and lists being printed by the consignors at their homes – which means NO tag or inventory writing required of the volunteers. In addition, several of the shift times have changed, to stop sooner in the evening. Even if you have never volunteered before we hope you might consider helping us to make this year's Sale a success!
When volunteering, please state the date and time of the shift you prefer.
To enter Tracy Hall we ask that you use the back door, next to the Congregational Church, and then come down the stairs to the Multipurpose Room where we will be gathering before each shift. The conference room on the second floor is no longer available to us.
Specific tasks during the shift will be assigned by the shift supervisor during the first 15 minutes of each shift. If you have any physical restrictions, please let them be known in your e-mail. You will receive confirmation of your request by e-mail followed by a shift reminder email the week before the sale. If you have already signed up for this sale and received an acknowledgment, you don't need to reply again - unless you want to add a shift! Or need to make a change.
High school juniors and seniors may work unaccompanied – this is a great opportunity to fulfill that community service requirement. Your younger children may work with you if 8th grade or up, except for Sunday’s take down, when children of 5th grade and up may work with a parent.
A full shift, or its equivalent, qualifies you for admission
to the Workers’ Sale on Friday, Oct 17 3:30-5:30 pm. Get first pick of everything!
PLEASE REPLY VIA EMAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE,
