If only these rocks could talk

Hello Norwich, Upper Valley and Beyond, I hope you are all staying safe and are doing all the right things to stay one step ahead of this pandemic. There are many beautifully painted little rocks that have been placed out and about. These were spotted by me during one of my walkabouts around town and are located on the fence in front of the town hall. It looks like they (the rocks that is) might be sending us a reminder notice to get out and vote. It seems to be a clear message and an important one at that. Think for a moment, someone has taken the time to paint all these little rocks. The least we could do is take the time to get out and vote and know that our vote can and will make a difference.
